Agolde Fran Jeans. I have two pairs of black jeans hanging in my closet - one that no longer fits (which does nothing to boost my confidence), and the other has so many intentional rips that I haven't reached for them in years. After someone raved about Agolde's Valens on TikTok recently, I decided to do a little haul for some new black denim and added them to my cart and the brand's '90s Pinch Waist and Fran jeans. Since I'm more excited about my flats game than ever, I wanted something that was cropped just slightly but also had a straight leg and a high rise. I own the '90s Pinch Waist in medium wash denim and just assumed those would be the clear winners, so I was surprised that the Frans (which come cuffed, but you can also unroll them) were my favorites. Both length options are perfect, and I like to wear mine just a little baggy, so they wear perfectly with a belt.
